It has been one year that I have been far from home. One year since I started cooking for myself (and for my boyfriend Chad). Pity my talentless cooking skills, above is the best I can come up with last Sunday. I had it shared with Chad and Shiela, a friend who helped me a lot to get here in Bermuda.
Good thing my other friends who had a taste of the chicken wings said it was really good. I'd like to believe so since someone was not able to hold him/herself! (See that part without the skin?)

Not bad. A year of cooking made you better! Never mind the presentation... as long as everybody loves your cooking and finished to the last bite. Congratulations!
